My site was long overdue for an overhaul. Since I’ve been reading and learning about NodeJS, I figured I’d throw the backend together using Node and the Express framework. It was a breeze! I have a couple Node daemons running on my 380MB linode as upstart processes — all funneled through nginx. To top it off, I’ve got monit configured to make sure things stay afloat. I have plans on making it more spiffy by throwing in some sort of canvas visualization… stay tuned!
