“ In my view, not only is science corrosive to religion, religion is corrosive to science. It teaches people to be satisfied with trivial, supernatural non-explanations and blinds them to the wonderful, real explanations that we have in our grasp. It teaches them to accept authority, revelation and faith over always insisting on evidence.

I was looking for some vitamin supplements on Amazon and stumbled across ‘Fruta Planta’ — a supposed all natural herbal supplement. These diet “supplements” actually have Sibutramine (an amphetamine) in them. Of course, the box doesn’t mention this. I’m sure they work really well (like meth/speed), but I’d talk to a doctor before taking them — especially if you take certain medications. I’ll save you the trouble; your doctor will say no!

Anonymous asked: When and where was Dawkins quoted saying the above?

Not sure. And I’m too lazy to put my Google-fu to use. Does anybody know?
